Light golden colour, showing pineapple, lemon, olive oil, wild flower honey, peach and honey crisp apple character when well chilled. As the wine warms in your glass, you should notice caramel, toast, vanilla bean, and a slightly creamy texture. Keep it super cold for crisper, fruit forward flavours if that’s your jam. Otherwise, let its lovely, complex Chardonnay character shine through.

Clos du Soleil – 2022 Capella
A classic Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon.
The palate displays an array of flavours: lemon and lime and ripe grapefruit, with notes of peach and apricot and all tied together with bright, citrus acidity. Full and rich with a textural softness resulting from sur-lie ageing. A lovely minerality strings it all together, through to the very long saline-driven finish.

Arrowleaf – 2023 Summerstorm
Summerstorm is a unique rosé sparkling wine made from Zweigelt grapes using the Charmat method (méthode cuvée close).
Clean and fresh with aromas of pink grapefruit, apple skin and wild roses. On the palate the brut-level sweetness provides balance to the acidity and minerality. The finely integrated bubbles add length to the finish. This sparkling wine is ideal for a summer celebration.

Corcelettes – 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon
Aged in premium French oak barrels for 18 months, this Cabernet Sauvignon has a beautiful, floral nose, followed by notes or black chocolate and raspberry. The palate offers sweet tobacco, blackberries & baking spice. This is an elegantly structured wine with medium tannin- a very impressive vintage indeed!

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes purposefully grown for this specific rosé wine, delicacy and elegance are the hallmarks of our 2023 vintage.
The flavours dance across the delicate palate with notes of pink grapefruit, white nectarine and strawberry. Soft on the palate, but crisp and dry with a bright acidity, and a long finish.

The 2019 Chardonnay sensorial journey begins with vibrant and lifted aromas of red and golden delicious apples, pineapple, Meyer lemon and tropical notes with subtle floral hints of honeysuckle and blossoms. Following are notes of spice, baked apple pie, fresh Danish and graham cracker crust. The aromas are mirrored on the palate, beginning with bright and lifted flavours of lemon tart and fresh pineapple juice, evolving into richer characters of apple crumble and crème brûlée. The texture is elegant; rich, full and delicately creamy with a long balanced crisp finish.

Pale straw in colour. Aromas of almond, pineapple and a hint of caramel expel from the bottle upon the first pour. Golden delicious apple, white peach and lemon zest flavours excite your palate. The bright acidity and medium body create a textural expression for this Chardonnay.
