Shaped by the wild beauty, rocky soils and sunny skies of British Columbia’s Similkameen Valley, Clos du Soleil, which means “Vineyard of the Sun”, tells a winemaking story of land and light. Our wines, which speak of sun, stone, soil, and each particular growing season, are guided by a simple philosophy on the land and in the cellar: intervene less, reveal more. Guided by this philosophy of sustainable farming and minimal intervention, we let the fruit speak for itself, crafting wines of purity, balance, and quiet elegance.
What is your best-selling wine?
All of our wines tend to sell out, but Celestiale (red) and Fume Blanc (white) are definitely fan favourites. Signature (red) is another wine you don’t want to miss.
When is your wine shop/tasting room open?
We are open by appointment year-round, and fully open 7 days a week, 10am-5pm from March to October. See our website for most up-to-date info.
Are you organic?
All our vineyards are certiied organic and farmed biodynamically. Our wines are not certified organic, but are made using organic grapes and using organic priniciples.
