A beautiful pale gold in the glass, the nose of this wine immediately envelops the taster in lush aromas of lemons, lime leaf, and floral notes of lilac, with hints of more tropical fruit aromas like pineapple and juicy grapefruit.
On the palate the wine is an explosion of fruit: grapefruit, passionfruit, guava, and citrus, a touch of beeswax, and the most subtle hint of oak. It finishes with a terrific streak of mineral salinity. The modest 12.4% alcohol keeps this wine feeling light and refreshing.
