The Bistro and Market are open Monday and Tuesday from 8am to 4pm for breakfast and lunch, and Wednesday to Sunday from 8am to 8pm for dinner service as well. Enjoy our coffee, Ranchers Breakfast, AAA Alberta Short Rib … and more.
