Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country is excited to host the Pig Out Festival and welcome chefs to the region to showcase their brand and talents to 500 guests.
In keeping with the sultry summer vibe, this year’s “pork-nic” backyard BBQ theme will embrace the long, dreamy days of late summer. Lounging on a blanket with a glass of bubbles and and oversized sun hat shading your eyes, licking BBQ spice and sauce from your fingers, and gathering at the grill with a delicious glass of wine in-hand.
The star of the show? Pork. Chefs will be stationed throughout the grounds, preparing delectable pork-themed dishes that perfectly complement the wines of the region. Expect mountains of juicy ribs, flavourful pulled pork, locally-made sausages fresh from the grill, and delicious sides and salads.
